VDM’s reaction followed the circulation of a video showing Davido enjoying Zlatan’s song, which reportedly contained a reference to the activist and his controversial comments about masturbation.
In a video shared on his social media page, VeryDarkMan mocked Davido by imitating a clip of the singer appearing to cry and kneel, using the moment to restate his position on begging women for sexual attention.
“I no be David Adeleke wey dey beg woman. I will rather masturbate than make I kneel down dey beg woman,” he said.
The activist also dismissed the attention generated by his earlier comments about masturbation, maintaining that he had never hidden the subject from the public.
“I told you people I masturbate, I create awareness on masturbation, it’s not a new thing. What did you discover? Everything you know about me, I told you,” he added.
Turning his attention to Zlatan, VDM issued a warning to the rapper, suggesting that he was prepared to respond to what he perceived as a reference to him in the song.
“Zlatan, I dey come now. You will learn the hard way,” he warned.
