Nigerian music sensation David Adeleke, popularly known as Davido, has officially released his fifth studio album titled 5ive.
According to Insight Media, the release was preceded by three singles: Be There Still, Funds featuring Odumodublvck and Chike, and Awuke featuring YG Marley — all giving fans a taste of what’s to come.
The 17-track album boasts an impressive lineup of guest artists, including Chris Brown, Omah Lay, Victony, Becky G, Shensea, and more, showcasing Davido’s global reach and versatility.
On Funds, Davido brings his trademark energy, while Odumodublvck delivers raw, punchy verses and Chike softens the edges with his smooth vocals. Titanium, featuring Chris Brown, explores emotional resilience in a relationship, while Offa Me with Victoria Monét turns up the heat with a sensual vibe. Meanwhile, Nuttin Dey is a bold affirmation of Davido’s confidence and staying power in the industry.
5ive marks Davido’s return to the album scene two years after the release of Timeless, which peaked at No. 2 on Billboard’s World Albums Chart.
