More troubles for singer Habeeb Okikiola popularly known as Portable as another estranged lover of his, Damilola Adeyemi, has petitioned the Ogun state police command against him over allegations of cyberbullying, threat to life, and blackmail.

The petition, filed by her lawyers, was dated February 9 and it signals another round of public dispute between the two whose relationship has been full of chaos.

Their relationship first came to public attention in August 2023 but ended acrimoniously in December 2024 after Portable publicly accused her of “polygamy and prostitution”.

Tensions reignited on Sunday when Adeyemi, popularly known as Queen Dami, during a live session a with content creator Afeez ‘Salo’ Ojesanmi, stated that Portable was no longer part of her life.

Portable responded aggressively during his own TikTok live session, contradicting her claims and insisting they had reconciled.

He expressed frustration at her public denial, alleging they remained intimately involved and that he was financially supporting her.

“A few days ago, Salo asked Queen Dami about me during her live video and she said I didn’t exist. Meanwhile, we still spend time together, get intimate,” he said.

“I wanted to ask her why she was denying me. Does she not want people to know that we are back together? She is supposed to come online and tell the people of lbadan to forgive me because we are now together again. This is someone I am taking care of.”

To bolster his claims, the singer later shared a recorded phone conversation in which he confronted Damilola about her denial.

In the audio, she admitted she made the statement intentionally “so that he can trend with it”.

However, in her petition to the police, Adeyemi stated that she has separated from the singer and accused him of waging a campaign of misinformation and harassment.

She described Portable’s live streams as calculated attempts to “bully and blackmail” her, exposing her to “ridicule and serious public embarrassment”.

The petition also highlighted concerns for her safety, citing threats to her life and reputation.

“It’s the brief of our client to report recent acts of cyber bullying, blackmail and threat to life by Habeeb Olalomi (Portable) who has been going on live streaming to blackmail our client who has since separated with Portable as his wife,” the document read.

“Mr Portable was seen on life streaming boasting to have been “sleeping with our client” harbouring her despite public believes that our client was no longer in any relationship with him “the allegation which is far from truth”.

“This misinformation on life stream by Portable is an attempt and strategy of Mr. Portable to bully and blackmail our client which has exposed her to ridicule and serious public embarrassment which threatens our client’s life and reputation.

“We hereby seek the indulgence of your nobler office to investigate this case as Habeeb Olalomi (Portable) continues this bullying and cyber crimes against our client with impunity as if he is above the law.”

Damilola was one of the wives of Lamidi Adeyemi, the late Alaafin of Oyo.
