Popular Nollywood actor Lateef Adedimeji has announced the arrival of his triplet sons with his wife and fellow actress Adebimpe Oyebade.
The actor shared the news on Friday via his Instagram page, posting an emotional message that reflected his joy and gratitude. In the heartfelt note, he described the newborns as his “world, responsibility, and legacy,” revealing that the moment marked one of the most important milestones in his life.
“I’ve been quiet… not absent. I was building, protecting, and embracing the greatest blessing of my life. God gave me more than I prayed for, a woman who became a mother of three, and three kings to call my own,” he wrote, ending the message with “Alhamdulilah.”
While the couple did not disclose the exact date of birth or the names of the children, the announcement quickly drew widespread celebration across social media.
Among those who congratulated the couple was actress Mercy Aigbe, who wrote, “To God be the glory. Congratulations.” Others, including Omowumi Dada, also shared messages of excitement and gratitude, describing the news as a joyful start to the new month.
Adedimeji and Oyebade, both prominent figures in the Yoruba film industry, got married in 2021 and have since remained one of Nollywood’s admired celebrity couples.
