Afrobeats star David Adeleke, widely known as Davido, has opened up about how his father, Adedeji Adeleke, sometimes makes him feel “broke” despite his own impressive wealth and global success.
The “Unavailable” hitmaker shared this during an interview in Paris, following his attendance at Amiri’s Fall/Winter 2025 show at Paris Fashion Week on Thursday.
In a viral video from the interview, Davido was asked if anyone had ever made him feel broke despite his many accomplishments. Without hesitation, he replied, “Yeah, my dad.”
Davido, who continues to make waves both musically and culturally, further cemented his status with his recent appearance in Paris.
