President of Appeal court, Justice Zainab Bulkabucha has enlisted a 5-man team panel to preside over Osun State governorship election which has led the two political gladiators of the state, Gboyega Oyetola and Ademola Adeleke, the two principal contenders in that election, approached the Court of Appeal for solace.
The panel has Justice Mohammad Sanwalu as the chairman and four others.
An election petition tribunal has last month declared Ademola Adeleke of the People’s Democratic Party as the winner of the governorship election held last year September, a case that led Oyetola to approach the appellate court.
He among other prayers, asked the appeal court to upturn the decision of the tribunal and uphold his victory.
