The Code of Conduct Tribunal has picked Thursday, April 18th to deliver judgement on the case between the Federal Government and suspended Chief Justice of Nigeria, Justice Walter Onnoghen.

Insight Media gathered that the chairman of the tribunal, Justice Danladi Umar made the announcement on Monday, April 15th.

Umar added that the tribunal will also give rulings on two applications by Justice Onnoghen.

The applications are: first, the jurisdiction of the tribunal to try the suspended CJN while the second was asking the Umar to withdraw himself from the case.

Onnoghen is standing trial over non declaration of asset leveled against him by the federal government.
