Nigerian singer Naira Marley has taken to social media to highlight the importance of forgiveness, particularly during the holy month of Ramadan.

In a post shared on X on Saturday, Naira Marley emphasized the significance of forgiveness in Islam, calling it a “perfect religion.”

He acknowledged that while Islam itself is flawless, its followers are human and prone to making mistakes.

“Islam is perfect, Muslims are not. If I make a mistake, blame me, but not my religion,” the singer wrote.

Marley’s message encouraged people to distinguish between criticism of his personal actions and the teachings of Islam.
