The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board has commenced the process for candidates seeking to change their institution or course choices in the 2026 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination.

The announcement was made on Friday in a statement shared on X by JAMB spokesperson, Dr Fabian Benjamin.

According to the board, candidates who wish to switch their preferred institution or programme can now do so at any approved Computer-Based Test centre nationwide.

“Candidates wishing to change their institution or programme of choice may now proceed to do so by visiting any of the Board’s approved CBT centres. Applicants are advised to visit any accredited CBT centre to effect the changes,” the statement noted.

JAMB also disclosed that printing of the original 2026 UTME result slips will begin on Monday, May 18, 2026.

Candidates were advised to visit accredited CBT centres to print their result slips and access other related services.

The board had earlier released the 2026 UTME results but postponed the printing of the official result slips, limiting candidates to checking their scores through SMS.
