A Federal High Court sitting in Abuja has summoned the senior pastor of the Commonwealth of Zion Assembly (COZA), Biodun Fatoyinbo, over rape allegations levelled against him by celebrity photographerr, Busola Dakolo.
Court document sighted by newsmen on Monday, states Fatoyinbo is to appear in court within 14 days.
The pastor has appeared at Force Criminal Investigation Department of the Ngerian Police, Garki Area 10, Abuja, where he was interrogated by a team of detectives led by Assistant Commissioner of Police, Adaku Anya.
Busola has in June during an interview alleged Fatoyinbo of severally raping her while they were in Ilorin, Kwara state.
The allegation that was refuted by the pastor who said he had never raped anyone, “even as an unbeliever”.
