A 19-year-old lady Francis Victoria Garcia was found dead in her car where she was having rough sex with a 21-year-old man Michael T. Gaffney.
The two were reportedly attending a loud Halloween party on the 14 floor of a high-rise in Hackensack, New Jersey, on Friday night.

When reporting to the police, Gaffney said that the woman died while he was choking her during the rough sex.
Garcia was later found dead in a car that was parked in a detached parking lot of the building at 2 am on Saturday after medics rushed to the scene following a 911 call.
Meanwhile, Gaffney was charged with manslaughter and will be charged in court soon.
