The Oluwo of Iwo, Oba Abdurrosheed Adewale Akanbi has been suspended for six months over the last week right with another Monarch.
Oba Akanbi was suspended by the Osun State Traditional Council during a meeting held on Friday at the State Secretariat in Osogbo.
The meeting was presided over by the Ooni of Ife, Oba Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi.
The fact-finding committee headed by the Orangun of Ile, Oba Abduwahab Oyedokun recommended the suspension of Oluwo for six months.
Oba Akanbi on Friday last week had an altercation with the Agbowu of Ogbaagba, Oba Sikirullahi Akinropo at a peace meeting held at the office of the Assistant Inspector General in charge of zone 11, Bashir Makama.
