It was a jubilation galore for commercial drivers and motorcycle riders in Iragbiji, Boripe local government area of Osun State as the Special Adviser to Governor Gboyega Oyetola on Works and Transport, Engr Hussain Olatoke Olaniyan distributed free fuel to celebrate Eid-l-Kabir with them.
The distribution which was coordinated by leaders of Motorcycle riders and National Union of Road Transport Workers was devoid of political or religious partisanship.
No fewer than 200 motorcyclists and 50 commercial drivers benefited from the gesture aimed at complimenting the achievements of Governor Oyetola at the grassroots.
Beneficiaries expressed happiness over the gesture, which is has become regular by thet Oyetola’s aide during festival.
Opseyemi Akeem, the Chairman of ANEKOWA, one of the motorcycles union in the town, appreciates the gesture. He narrated that all the unions of motorcyclists benefited massively from the project without discrimination.
