Governor of Niger State, Abubakar Sani Bello has arrived the National secretariat of the All Progressives Congress and he is currently holding a closed-door meeting with some party stakeholders.
Bello arrived the secretariat amidst the rumour that he’s to take over the running of the party following alleged sack of Mai Mala Buni as the caretaker Chairman of the party.
Bello is also a member of the Caretaker/Extraordinary Convention Planning Committee, CECPC, headed by the removed Buni since June 2020 when the Adams Oshiomhole Executive was sacked.
It’s believed that the zoning committee for the forthcoming convention will present its report today.
