Leading contender for the House of Assembly, Ilorin South State Constituency, Nasir Abdullahi Galadima has promised to reposition representation in the constituency.
Galad as fondly known, made this known on Wednesday in Ilorin shortly after he obtained his nomination and expression of interest forms at the All Progressives Congress state secretariat.
The politician said he believes the constituency deserves better representation and he’s determined to ensure that more dividends of democracy are delivered at the doorsteps of the people of Ilorin South.
“This (obtainment of forms) is another milestone in our irreversible journey to deliver our constituency. It’s to show our commitment and readiness to take the mantle of leadership and ensure we redefine and reposition representation in Ilorin South.
“I believe with the collective work of all and sundry, we can make this happen. I will continue to sincerely appreciate our party leaders in Kwara State and particularly, in Ilorin South State Constituency for their support. I wish to call on the people of Kwara State to continue giving more support to Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRasaq as he continues to redefine governance in our State.”
Galad is a known philanthropist and entrepreneur with a chain of business. He declared his interest to contest the constituency seat in the Kwara State House of Assembly.
