The candidate of the All Progressives Congress for Osogbo Federal Constituency, Hon. Bukola Oyewo has described the incumbent representative of the constituency and Deputy Speaker of the House, Rt Hon Lasun Yussuff as a political icon and leader whose intelligence and leadership skill will forever be needed in the political space in the state.
Oyewo stated this in Ilobu during his consultation with some youths in the community who paid him a visit at his office and asked about his relationship with the Deputy Speaker.
The APC flagbearer stated that Lasun is someone that he respects not only as a politician but also also as a community servant who has remained with his people for years.
He said, “Rt Hon Lasun Yussuff as someone I respect. His native intelligence, calmness and political sagacity will forever be needed in the political space in Osun and Nigeria as a whole.
“He’s a politician of great repute who has remained with his people for years and this can easily account for the level of love he enjoyed in the constituency.
Oyewo called on the people of the community to vote him and other APC candidates as the remain the best beat for the constituency and Nigeria as a whole.
