The Abuja Division of the Court of Appeal will tomorrow, Thurday May 9 deliver judgement on the case between Mr Gboyega Oyetola and Senator Ademola Adeleke.
In a notice sighted at the court premises, the judgement will be delivered by 9am in the morning.
Governor Oyetola has approached the appellate court to appeal the tribunal judgment which thwarted his victory in the 2018 governorship election in Osun State.
