A Federal High Court sitting in Osogbo has refused the application for the Stay of Execution filed by members of the All Progressives Congress against the judgement that nullified the local government elections in Osun State.
Justice Nathaniel Ayo-Emmanuel on Monday refused the Stay of Execution in his ruling.
