Afropop singer May D has revealed startling details about his brief but impactful stint with P-Square, shedding light on his fallout with the iconic duo.

In a recent interview on The Honest Bunch podcast, May D shared how Davido once refused to sleep in the room that was given to him by Peter and Paul Okoye.

May D, who joined Square Records in 2011, claimed that his experience with the label was marked by numerous challenges, including the lack of basic amenities.

The singer also reflected on the dramatic rise and fall of his career, recalling how he once ranked alongside Wizkid and Davido as one of the top talents in Nigerian music.

However, he believes that being dropped from the label in 2012 was a turning point that derailed his rise to superstardom.
