1,145 new cases of COVID-19 have been recorded Nigeria, the Nigerian Center for Diseases Control has announced.

Again, Lagos tops the summit with 459 cases and followed by the Federal Capital Territory with a total case of 145.

In the meantime, Osun State has also shut schools across the state as the second waive of the disease is spreading. The Government asked the schools to proceed on Christmas and New Year holiday, stating that resumption will be communicated later.
