Premier League giant Manchester City will have more players represented at the 2026 FIFA World Cup than any other club in world football, underlining the depth and quality of talent within the squad.
A total of 19 players who most recently featured for City at club level have been called up by their respective national teams for the tournament taking place across the United States, Canada, and Mexico.
The figure places Manchester City at the top of the global rankings and makes them the club with the highest number of World Cup representatives among both English and international teams.
Across world football, only 17 clubs boast double-digit representation at the tournament, with five English clubs making the elite list.
German giants Bayern Munich follow closely with 18 players at the World Cup, while Arsenal and newly crowned UEFA Champions League winners Paris Saint-Germain are tied in third place with 17 representatives each.
Spanish powerhouse Barcelona rounds out the top five with 15 players heading to football’s biggest stage.
The rankings highlight the concentration of elite talent within Europe’s top clubs, many of which will see key members of their squads competing for World Cup glory this summer.
Elsewhere, Crystal Palace, Manchester United, Saudi Arabian side Al-Hilal, and Spanish club Atletico Madrid each have 12 players participating in the tournament.
Liverpool also feature prominently with 11 representatives, alongside Borussia Dortmund and Turkish champions Galatasaray.
The list is completed by Slavia Prague, AC Milan, PSV Eindhoven, Real Madrid, and Fenerbahce, all of whom have 10 players selected for the competition.
