An aide of Governor Ademola Adeleke, Olalekan Oyeyemi popularly known Emir Ajagungbade was reportedly killed in Ile-Ife, Osun State.
Emir, who was said to be a member of the Accord Party, was allegedly killed with stones during an incident involving the chairman of Ife Mini-Bus, popularly known as Síbí.
Sources said the incident is linked to the crisis on the leadership of the motor parks between two factions loyal to Governor Adeleke.
He was said to be having a meeting with some transporters in the town when some individuals invaded the venue.
He was reportedly killed with stones at the scene.
