As part of its drive to enrol more persons, Osun Health Insurance Scheme (OHIS) in Thursday took its sensitization and enlightenment program to Royal Students of Public Health and Reality Radio Vision Staff in Iwo.
The sensitization program which was scheduled to hold across-the-board in all the senatorial districts in the state, was in Reality Radio vision station main hall.
Dr Adeoye Samuel, the Secretary of OHIS who was represented by Pharmacist Olasunkanmi Samonu spoke extensively
on the goals of OHIS and benefits majority are missing out by not subscribing to the scheme.
“The first benefits is that it give the rest of mind, that whenever anything happens to you, you have somewhere, except for cancer, psychiatric illness that OHIS does take care of all illness.
He advised each family to take a look at what they spend on their health compare to what you are going to enjoy when you subscribe and enjoy more better in term of health the standard of our accredited hospitals can not be overemphasize
kudos to the state government because some other states are crawling, This is not a political gimmick but the government contribution to healthy living.
Ajanlekoko in his speech stated the need to register for the scheme and on the need why the scheme (OHIS) is important he enjoined the audience to not be a silent killer as majority have lost their lives due to lack of money .
