Nollywood actor Ganiyu Kehinde Morufu, popularly known as Ijoba Lande, has shared that he has chosen to forgive his estranged wife, Darasimi, despite allegations of her infidelity with multiple men.
In a recent interview with media personality Daddy Freeze, Ijoba Lande explained that his decision to forgive was rooted in his religious beliefs, emphasizing that forgiveness is essential for his spiritual well-being.
However, he made it clear that while he is willing to forgive, he will not accept her back into his life.
“I won’t accept her back, but for the sake of my salvation and to have my sins forgiven by God, I will forgive her. She has done her part, I forgive her, but that’s the end of it,” he stated.
This comes after his earlier remarks claiming that Darasimi had been involved with over 20 men in the entertainment industry, including Yoruba actor Babatunde Tayo (Baba Tee).
Initially, Baba Tee denied the allegations but later admitted to a physical relationship with Darasimi, explaining that he was unaware of her marriage at the time.
Darasimi, however, denied the claims of infidelity. She clarified that during a “Truth or Dare” game at Baba Tee’s house, she had only sat on his lap while naked, dismissing the accusations as exaggerated.
