The Nigerian Air Force has invited candidates who passed its 2025 Zonal General Aptitude Test to attend the Selection Board Interview for recruitment into the Basic Military Training Course 46/2025.
This was disclosed in a statement issued by the Director of Public Relations and Information, Air Commodore Ehimen Ejodame, who noted that the names of successful candidates have been published on the official recruitment portal.
According to the statement, the interview exercise will take place at the Nigerian Air Force Base in Kaduna from April 27 to June 13, 2026.
“The Nigerian Air Force hereby notifies the general public that candidates who were successful in the Zonal General Aptitude Test conducted across 15 NAF Bases on December 5, 2025, are invited to attend the Selection Board Interview for Trades and Non-Tradesmen and Women into BMTC 46/2025,” the statement read.
The Air Force stressed that shortlisted candidates must report strictly according to their assigned batch schedule as indicated on the portal, warning that failure to comply would result in disqualification.
“All shortlisted candidates are required to report strictly in accordance with their assigned batch schedule. Candidates who fail to report on their designated dates will forfeit the opportunity to participate in the Selection Board Interview,” it added.
The NAF also reiterated that the recruitment process is entirely free, cautioning applicants against making payments at any stage.
“The Nigerian Air Force wishes to emphasise that the entire recruitment process is completely free of charge, and candidates are strongly advised not to make any payment at any stage of the exercise,” the statement said.
The development follows the Zonal General Aptitude Test conducted in December 2025, which attracted over 20,000 applicants nationwide across multiple centres.
Ejodame reaffirmed that the recruitment process is guided by fairness, integrity, and merit, stressing that selecting qualified personnel remains critical to the operational effectiveness of the Air Force.
